How the plan sets your priorities
Your ANCC score report rates each content domain as High, Medium, Low. The lowest level starts your plan, the highest is kept up with lighter review, and anything in between is strengthened.
Each content domain starts from its share of the exam in the official outline, multiplied by its priority: 3× to start, 2× to strengthen, 1.5× if you leave it blank, and 1× to maintain. A quarter of your time is mixed practice across all content domains. This is Passy’s planning method; it doesn’t estimate a score or a chance of passing.
Retake rules for the FNP-BC
Retest after 60 calendar days from your last test date, with no more than three tests in any 12-month period. Each retest needs a new retest application and retest fees, under the eligibility rules in effect when you apply.
