Practical / vocational nursing

NCLEX-PN

The NCLEX-PN is the licensure exam for U.S. practical and vocational nurses (LPN/LVN). It is not a shorter NCLEX-RN. The current 2026 Test Plan uses computerized adaptive testing, 85–150 items, up to five hours, and a −0.18 logit passing standard. Passy helps you study practical-nurse scope—contributing, monitoring, reporting, and escalating—then continue into focused practice.
