Who operates Passy Web
Passy Web is operated by TRENDING MOBAPPS SRL. This page describes the public website. The mobile app privacy policy is a separate document.
Information you enter into free tools
Practice answers and study-plan inputs are processed in the browser to show your result or outline. The current web tools do not create an account, save that tool state to Passy, or send your exact exam date or answer-choice text to a backend.
Contact and support messages
When you contact Passy through the website form or by email, we process the information you provide so we can respond to your request, provide support, resolve issues, and comply with legal or privacy requests. That may include your email address, optional name, message, and any exam or device details you choose to include.
The primary way to reach Passy is the Contact page. You can also email contact@passyprep.com. We use your email to reply. We do not use contact-form submissions as a marketing list.
Website analytics
Analytics is switched on through deployment configuration, and it is currently on for the public website at www.passyprep.com. Passy uses Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics, and may use an optional first-party event endpoint, for limited traffic and product measurement. Preview and local builds keep analytics off unless it is explicitly enabled.
Depending on the event, that payload may include:
- exam, page type, content slug, intent, and placement;
- practice question ID, focus category, answer status, and aggregate completion counts;
- broad study-time and timeframe buckets, preparedness option, and an optional selected focus area;
- selected mobile store and detected device platform;
- whether a Passy app card was shown on screen, and whether a handoff page was opened from a Passy QR code;
- contact-form topic, whether an exam was selected, and device platform when those fields apply.
The analytics layer does not add a name, email address, account ID, exact exam date, answer choice, or answer text. Passy does not send free-text tool responses or contact-message text to analytics. Analytics providers may process standard device and network data under their own services and policies.

Passy links to official exam sources and may link to Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Those destinations operate under their own privacy policies and data practices.
Changes to this notice
This page will be updated when Passy Web adds a material data practice, such as accounts, saved progress, or a new analytics provider. The effective date above will change when the notice is materially revised.
