Build a practical ASVAB study plan.

Turn your exam date and available time into a simple outline you can adjust as you learn.

Build your outline

Start with the time you actually have.

This is a practical planning aid, not a readiness assessment or a scientifically personalized schedule.

How many minutes can you study most days?
Where are you now?
Which subjects do you still want to study?

Check the subjects you want in the outline. If enlistment eligibility is the immediate goal, include the four AFQT subjects: Arithmetic Reasoning, Mathematics Knowledge, Word Knowledge, and Paragraph Comprehension. Leave a box unchecked only when you are setting that subject aside on purpose. Leave every box unchecked if you are not sure yet.

Make the plan useful

A good schedule can change with your results.

Start broad, notice recurring misses, and move study time toward the concepts that need it.

30 days

Keep the first pass focused

Use a short foundation period, then spend more time on practice and rationale review.

6 weeks

Leave room to revisit

A longer runway makes it easier to cycle back to missed ideas after a delay.

Any timeline

Protect the final stretch

Keep the last days for mixed review, recent misses, and a calm test-day routine.
