How Much Does the ATI TEAS Cost?

$120 is the ATI and PSI list price, not every campus total

A school or testing center sets its own price. ATI’s cost page says many of those fees are close to the ATI price, and some include proctoring, room, or scheduling costs. The same page says a school fee can also look lower than $120, or free, because the school folded the TEAS into another charge such as an application fee. That is a school price, not an ATI average and not a cap.

ATI’s cost page also says active-duty military members, their spouses, and dependents can request a discounted registration, and that ATI study materials are sold separately from the exam fee.

What the registration fee does and does not include

Registration for TEAS at ATI and TEAS at PSI includes one official transcript credit. Extra schools require another credit. ATI currently prices an additional transcript at $29.99. That is a score-sending cost, not a second exam, and it is a different intent from how long scores remain usable.

The fee also does not buy unlimited reschedules. Rescheduling through ATI is $15 each time when you are eligible. ATI’s refund policy says it does not refund missed, canceled, rescheduled, or invalidated TEAS exams.

A no-show, a late arrival, or an ID mismatch can therefore cost a full new registration. That is why where you take the TEAS matters before you pay: some programs will not accept a remote transcript, and ATI says refunds are not provided if you chose a delivery method the school will not use.

Retakes are another full price

A retake is a new attempt with a new fee, plus whatever wait your school sets. ATI TEAS retake rules explain spacing and school limits.

Do not assume a school voucher covers PSI, or that a PSI receipt covers an on-campus administration. Pay on the path the program named.

Budget without invented extras

Use the amount shown at checkout for your appointment type. If the school collects payment on its own site, that school’s total is the authority—not ATI’s $120 list for TEAS at ATI/PSI.
