ATI’s cost article says additional fees can include proctor fees, scheduling fees, room fees, and security monitoring for remote exams. Those extras are why two classmates can pay different totals for the “same” TEAS. ATI’s average-about-$120 remark is a description, not a promise that your school cannot charge more.

What the registration fee does and does not include

Registration through ATI includes one free transcript in the scenarios ATI describes. Extra schools mean extra transcript purchases. That is a score-sending cost, not a second exam, and it is a different intent from how long scores remain usable.
