How Much Does the ATI TEAS Cost?

TEAS at ATI and TEAS at PSI currently list at $120. Institution and testing-center prices can differ because sites add their own fees. Missed exams are not refunded.

Short answer

ATI currently lists TEAS at ATI exams at $120 and TEAS at PSI exams at $120. TEAS exams taken at institutions or testing centers can cost a different amount because those sites set their own price and may bundle proctor, room, or monitoring fees. ATI notes that most TEAS exams average about $120, but that is not a cap. ATI does not refund missed, canceled, rescheduled, or invalidated exams.

$120 is the ATI and PSI list price, not every campus total

TEAS at ATI and TEAS at PSI currently list at $120. Institution and testing-center prices can differ because sites add their own fees. Confirm the amount on the checkout that matches how you will register, then keep TEAS review moving so a paid seat is not an empty calendar.

ATI’s cost article says additional fees can include proctor fees, scheduling fees, room fees, and security monitoring for remote exams. Those extras are why two classmates can pay different totals for the “same” TEAS. ATI’s average-about-$120 remark is a description, not a promise that your school cannot charge more.

What the registration fee does and does not include

Registration through ATI includes one free transcript in the scenarios ATI describes. Extra schools mean extra transcript purchases. That is a score-sending cost, not a second exam, and it is a different intent from how long scores remain usable.

The fee also does not buy unlimited reschedules. Rescheduling through ATI is $15 each time when you are eligible. ATI’s refund policy says it does not refund missed, canceled, rescheduled, or invalidated TEAS exams.

A no-show, a late arrival, or an ID mismatch can therefore cost a full new registration. That is why where you take the TEAS matters before you pay: some programs will not accept a remote transcript, and ATI says refunds are not provided if you chose a delivery method the school will not use.

After the card is charged, run a mixed TEAS set so the receipt has a skill baseline.

Retakes are another full price

A retake is a new attempt with a new fee, plus whatever wait your school sets. ATI TEAS retake rules own spacing and school limits. This page owns the dollars.

Do not assume a school voucher covers PSI, or that a PSI receipt covers an on-campus administration. Pay on the path the program named.

Budget without invented extras

This page does not invent parking, childcare, or ATI practice-package prices. It does not convert a 2022 screenshot into 2026 policy.

Use the amount shown at checkout for your appointment type. If the school collects payment on its own site, that school’s total is the authority—not ATI’s $120 list for TEAS at ATI/PSI.

When the total is known, put the next study hour on the section that would force a retake. The ATI TEAS hub and Guides cover structure and scoring. Cost is only the bill.

Paying twice for incompatible administrations is still two bills.

If two programs want the exam, confirm both will accept the same administration before you pay twice by checking each school’s TEAS policy, not a forum thread.
