The National Registry Paramedic Certification Examination is one computer-adaptive exam taken at a Pearson VUE test center: 110–150 items, 20 of them unscored, in up to 3.5 hours. Six domains are tested, and Clinical Judgment is the largest at 34–38%, with pediatric items throughout. Since July 1, 2024 the National Registry has given no separate paramedic psychomotor exam; your accredited program verifies skills competency. National Registry certification is not a state license to practice. Passy practice is original and does not predict a result.
